David Sharp

This year David will be teaching how to carve a realistic Buffalo.  The buffalo will be about 8 inches long and in a laying position.  Carving the head, achieving the proper anatomy of the body and creating the different fur textures will be what he is focusing on in this class.  The buffalo will be painted in realistic colors.

David Sharp has been woodcarving since 2007. He loves carving anything realistic.  David breaks down how to carve an animal using easy to understand steps. David uses either power or hand tools when doing his carvings.  During this class, he will require the use of power tools.  He has competed in many competitions. His galleries on his website show how versatile he is.   He can be reached at 615-464-3178 and his website is www.davidsharpwoodcarving.com
